Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for products that meet our return policy requirements. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within the specified return period and meet the return conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details when initiating the refund request.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. This processing time varies by financial institution.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
If the order was placed mistakenly, merchant and bank processing charges may be applied and deducted from the refund amount. We will inform you of any applicable charges before processing the refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item following our Return Policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
Refund Fees and Deductions
If a refund is issued, certain charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount:
- Payment provider fees (e.g., bank, gateway, or processing fees) charged by the payment processor.
- Shipping fees, including the original delivery cost and any return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
