Legal
Governing Law
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. The governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
Payment Methods
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
Sanctions
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Age Restriction
Customers using the website who are minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Important: Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Limited Warranty Terms
Assembly and Returns
Once the cartons are opened and assembled units are delivered, they cannot be returned except if delivered as unassembled or in a box based on customer request.
Warranty Coverage
- The warranty will only cover products that are assembled by Scooter Circle.
- If you assemble the product on your own, then the warranty automatically becomes void.
- Our Limited Warranty is a manufacture defect warranty on the electronic products only and is up to 5 days from delivery.
- There are no warranties on outdoor items and items which are not electronic from the date of purchase.
Important Battery Guidelines
- • Overcharging the battery more than 7 hrs could lead to complete spoilage of the battery
- • Using any electronic when speed has gone low could damage the battery
- • Scooter Circle would not be held responsible for battery damage due to these reasons
Weight Restrictions
Make sure not to exceed the maximum weight mentioned on the item description on the website from which it is purchased.
Technical Support
In case of any technical difficulties or fixing issues, please contact our technical team so we can assist you with assembling the item at minimal additional charges.
Please make sure not to tamper with any electrical connections unless you have the know-how or support to do so.
Note: Transportation or pick up charges to be paid extra by the customer. Warranty does not cover any spare parts other than motor. Any additional spare parts like batteries, chargers, switches etc. can be purchased from Scooter Circle at minimal additional charges.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want to ensure you are 100% happy. Once your package has arrived, try your items as soon as possible without damaging the box or packaging if possible.
Return Timeframe
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 3 days from the delivered date.
Important Restrictions
- • Only if the product packaging has not been opened
- • Products are damaged or wrong product
- • Once the item is assembled, we cannot accept a return nor can we refund
Return Requirements
- Products must be unused, undamaged with original packaging intact
- We only accept full returns on unused, undamaged products
- Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all
Refund Process
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Refunds will be processed back to your payment method once the return is approved and inspected.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. Once we have processed and/or shipped the order, we will not be able to give back refund. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
We deliver our products to entire UAE and will be starting shortly in Full GCC & Oman.
Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
UAE Delivery
Delivery within UAE shall be in 3-5 working days
Free delivery all over UAE
International Delivery
Delivery to other countries will be within 20-30 working days
Delivery fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page
Additional Charges
Deliveries in western regions and northern regions of UAE will be additionally charged. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Customs Duties
Our International shipments may be subjected to customs duties in certain cases - taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The Customs Duty Rate if any would be informed by our shipping partners and the client has to bear charges for the same.
Premium Shipping to Oman: 5-10 days (subject to custom changes)
Premium Shipping to KSA: 10-21 days (subject to changes by customs)
