Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Scooter Circle. We are committed to providing high-quality products to meet the trust of our valued customers.

This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased from Scooter Circle only. To obtain warranty service, you must provide order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase.

Important: Warranty coverage is only applicable to products that have a warranty period specified on their product page. If no warranty period is mentioned in the product description, that product is not covered under warranty.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal usage conditions.

Please note: The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Flat tires and punctures
  • Brake pad wear and replacement
  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Water damage or exposure to liquids
  • Intentional damage or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents or collisions
  • Damage from improper storage or maintenance

Service Center Requirement:

For warranty claims, the customer must bring the purchased item to our authorized service center. Requests for transportation to the service center are chargeable at courier rates, and the service charge depends on the courier's pricing.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This includes:

  • Free repair of manufacturing defects
  • Free replacement of defective parts when required

We do not offer full product replacement. All warranty work will be performed at our authorized service center using original or equivalent parts.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period is mentioned on each product page. Only the warranty period specified on the product page applies to that product. If no warranty period is listed, the product is not covered under warranty.

Important: Warranty coverage cannot be extended beyond what is explicitly written on the product page, and no additional coverage is implied if it is not mentioned there.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as indicated on your order confirmation or invoice. Please keep your purchase documentation safe as it will be required for warranty claims.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation of the product
  • Accidents, collisions, or impact damage
  • Water damage, exposure to liquids, or use in wet conditions
  • Intentional modifications or alterations to the product
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Use of non-original parts or accessories not approved by the manufacturer
  • Failure to follow maintenance instructions
  • Damage from improper storage, transportation, or handling
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products without a specified warranty period on their product page

What Do You Have to Do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide instructions on bringing your product to our service center.

Please have the following information ready when contacting us:

  • Order confirmation number or invoice
  • Product name and model
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue or defect
  • Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)

Once your warranty claim is approved, you will need to bring the product to our authorized service center for inspection and repair. Transportation to the service center is the customer's responsibility and charges apply based on courier rates.
