Thank you for shopping with Scooter Circle. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates. This shipping policy outlines our delivery terms and conditions.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Orders of AED 800 or more qualify for free shipping across the UAE.

Standard Shipping: Orders below AED 800 incur a shipping fee of AED 100.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 1-4 business days. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1-3 business days.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

We deliver to all major cities in the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking information once your order ships.

If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone to keep you informed.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable courier services to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.

For large or heavy items, we may use specialized delivery services. You will be notified if special delivery arrangements are required.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Address changes may delay delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make delivery attempts as per their standard procedure. If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling.

If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged
  • Take photos of any damage
  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos and order details

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you are located outside the UAE and wish to purchase our products, please contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss potential shipping arrangements.
