Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Scooter Circle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any product. All return requests must be initiated through WhatsApp with your order number and product details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping is provided for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Items received in error (wrong product shipped)
  • Manufacturing defects covered under warranty

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address or arrange for pickup (if applicable)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or modification

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items, clearance products, and final sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Heavy-duty items (large/oversized units or industrial-grade equipment)
  • Electric bikes (e-bikes) and related powered rideables
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts (unless due to our error)
  • Items without proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the defect or damage.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is not available, we will process a full refund instead.
